Insomnia is a
situation in which we find it difficult to sleep, even if we have enough time
for sleep. Insomnia can be an inability to sleep or wake up several times and
we are not asleep then.
Insomnia is
more like the causes psychological related environment or a place to sleep that
is really noise, it can be related to lifestyle, drinking coffee or more
alcohol at night, meal too much before bedtime, smoke a lot, work a lot before
bedtime, do little exercise, take more naps or go to bed not regularly and so
on.
